Excellent service after the sale

Rayne-Storm replaced my roof almost 7 years ago. Twice I had to use them when some high winds loosened a couple shingles. The last time was just this week. Each time they responded promptly and within a day or two they did these small repairs. And each time the repairs were covered at no cost to me. Even after 7 years. It is refreshing to deal with a company that stands behind their work long after the sale.

Great Roofer's and great service

We hired raynestorm to repair our roof and other damages to our home from a tornado. Raynestorm came out and installed a tarp on our roof for no charge until the insurance company was able to come and look at our home. This was very big as it has rained a lot recently. Then they met with our insurance carrier and negotiated the prices for all the work to be completed so we did not have to do anything other then choose what we wanted on our home. When they finished our home looked much better then before. We now save on our insurance premiums. It was a great experience. Give these guys a call.

Amazing Customer Service

Brian, Johnny and Pam are professional, helpful, kind and honest! They took care of every detail of repairs from a hail storm that damaged our roof!! Brian and Johnny are hardworking and honest! They did exactly what they said they would do and kept in constant communication in regards to repairs, schedule etc. They are very good about returning calls and Brian the owner was onsite during alot of the repairs! They go above and beyond to get the job done! I would highly recommend them! They are kind and efficient! They treated us like family!!

I was surprised and delighted!

RayneStorm of Blue Springs, MO installed our roof two years ago after a hail storm. There were many different roofers in our neighborhood at that time and I chose RayneStorm because they were the first to approach me, were professional and informative. They replaced our roof within one day to our satisfaction. Today, over two years later, we noticed our gutter guard over our second story extension (30 feet up from the ground) had pushed up and also caused a couple of shingles to be displaced. Brian W*** of RayneStorm came out promptly to repair the area of damage himself. When I offered to pay him, he said, there was NO CHARGE-- that's two years later from when he initially installed the roof. I was surprised and delighted! Thank you Brian for making my day. M.H.

I highly recommend

I highly recommend Rayne Storm Roofing ... After experiencing a damaging hailstorm, not only did Rayne Storm identify the exactly where the roof leaks were in our house..., they also quickly determined the loss and contacted our insurance company onsite to start the reimbursement process. Our new, and higher quality roof was on within a couple of weeks and the new gutters were soon to follow. We feel so much safer with with our new roof and larger gutters.and downspouts that whisk away the rain water quickly without any leaks.

Damage from a severe hail storm destroyed the roofs on thousands of houses in the Kansas City area including the cedar shingles on our roof. State Farm authorized and paid for a total roof replacement on our home with a very steep and very large roof. Some roofing companies didn't want any part of such a challenging project. (Due to the height of the roof to the ground in the back yard, falling off the roof could have proven fatal and definitely would have resulted in very serious injuries). However, Rayne-Storm took on the project and did a fantastic job with the total roof replacement. Even representatives from the huge corporation that manufactured the shingles were very impressed with the quality of the work on such a large, steep roof. Like any job of this magnitude, there were a few "call backs" for the company to deal with, and those were handled expeditiously and overseen personally by Rayne-Storm's owner, Bryan Warren. Bryan did not hesitate to get up on the roof and do a few of the minor repairs himself! Not only is Bryan ethical and friendly, he's the best roofer I've ever dealt with - and I've built several houses and overseen the construction of large commercial buildings including one two-story office building that was over 150,000 square feet in size - that's a lot of roof! I'm happy to recommend Rayne-Storm for any type of roofing project.
